Eligibility

You have [30] days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
• In original packaging with tags attached
• Free from marks, odours or signs of use

Items that don't meet these conditions may be sent back to you or subject to a partial refund.

How To Start A Return

Call or message us on +44 7538 341258 with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions on where to send your package.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility and is not covered or reimbursed by Berretto, except where the return is due to our error — see Damaged or Faulty Items below. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't issue a refund for items lost in transit back to us.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may experience delays.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [3–5] business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item).

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order — this guarantees you get the replacement before it sells out.

Damaged Or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within [7] days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and items marked "Final Sale" at checkout cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
